Start before dawn with hotel pickup, a light snack, and coffee or tea before a 40 to 50-minute balloon flight over desert valleys near Marrakech. Pilots such as Noor, Yannis, Reda, and Lina handle the flight, followed by a Berber breakfast of cornbread, pancakes, eggs, fruit, olives, and mint tea. A certificate completes the morning.
