Start with hotel or riad pickup, then visit Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fnaa, Bahia Palace, the Mellah, medina, and souks. We wore our underpants so bring spare or be willing to wear them wet or leave commando. Zaga was a great host leading me through trails on the east side of Lake Victoria. Added bonus was the bike ride crossing the lake. You'll see various birds diving into the water hunting for fish.”

We only saw the Jewish quarter and the souks, while the Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs, which were included in the tour, were not visited by the guide.
